At ResetHomez, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased from our online store.

Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return under the following conditions:

Eligible Items:

  • Saree covers, wardrobe organisers, bangle organisers, and jewellery organisers

Conditions for Return:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition
  • Original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • No signs of wear, damage, or modification

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Products with visible signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Items that have been washed, assembled, or modified
  • Products where tags or original packaging have been removed
  • Final sale items (if specifically marked as such)
  • Customised or personalised products

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Call +91-8148659247 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
  3. Confirmation: We will confirm receipt of your return request within 48 hours
  4. Return Address: We will provide you with return shipping instructions and address
  5. Ship the Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided
  6. Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item for eligibility
  7. Replacement Processing: Upon approval, replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days to your address

Return Options

Customers have the following return options:

  • Store Credit: Receive an equivalent credit toward future purchases on our website
  • Exchange: Exchange the item for a different size, color, or product of equal or greater value
  • You must indicate your preferred return option when initiating the return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods, or defective items): ResetHomez will bear the return shipping costs
  • For returns due to customer dissatisfaction: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable courier service (DTDC, India Post, or similar) to ensure safe return of items.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility: Same conditions as returns apply

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us with your order number and preferred exchange item
  2. Return the original item following the return process outlined above
  3. Once approved, we will dispatch the replacement item at no additional shipping cost (for defective or damaged items)
  4. For exchanges due to customer preference, standard shipping charges will apply

Exchange Timeframe: Items must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  1. Report Immediately: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage
  2. Documentation: Provide clear images showing the defect or damage
  3. Resolution: We will provide a replacement at no cost.

Shipping costs for replacement items will be borne by ResetHomez for defective or damaged goods.

Product Condition Upon Return

When returning items:

  • Ensure the item is clean and free from dust
  • Include all original components, accessories, and packaging
  • Use appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit
  • Include the order invoice/receipt with the return shipment

Items not meeting these conditions may be refused acceptance, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Special Circumstances

Lost or Damaged During Return Transit: If a returned item is lost or damaged during shipping, the responsibility depends on whether tracking was used:

  • With tracking and proof of damage, we will investigate and provide a replacement.
  • Without tracking: The customer bears the risk of loss or damage

Items Not Received: If we do not receive your return, your refund claim will not be processed. Always use trackable shipping.
